Conformance Control and Enhanced Oil Recovery

Faculty members in petroleum engineering are internationally recognized for their expertise in the areas of enhanced oil recovery (EOR) methods and conformance control. Research interests include chemical methods; nano-particles; CO2 miscible and immiscible flooding; conformance control using preformed particle gels; low salinity and smart water flooding; unconventional reservoir EOR; and EOR data management using advanced soft-computing technologies.
