Earth Sciences and Engineering hosts a wide variety of laboratories, equipment and instrumentation available for faculty and student use on campus through our Rock Mechanics and Explosives Research Center, High Performance Computing Center, Materials Research Center, and Center for Research in Energy and Environment.

The Missouri Department of Natural Resources, Missouri Geological Survey, U.S. Geological Survey's National Geospatial Technical Operations Center, Missouri Water Science Center, and the National Spatial Data Infrastructure Partnership Office Liaisons are located nearby.
